How will I pay for my BetterHelp membership?
When you are matched to a therapist, you and your therapist will get a committed “space”, which will be your personal and protected location to interact. In this space, you will write about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask concerns and discuss the problems that problem you. Your therapist will then read your messages, and respond with concerns, feedback, insights, and assistance.
You can exchange messages with your therapist at any time, from anywhere, using any Internet-connected device. The room is open 24/7 and because messaging is not in real-time it does not require scheduling. Instead, you can select whenever you want to respond or compose to your therapist. When the therapist has sent you a message, you will get a notice by email.
